Bank account
ICEPAY pays out to a bank account chosen by you. This bank account should be in the name of the business that has an account at ICEPAY.
To find out which bank account is currently set, go to the ICEPAY Portal and navigate to Documents -> Bank statement.
Change bank accounts
It's possible to change a bank account through the following steps:
- Log into the ICEPAY Portal
- Go to Documents -> Bank statement.
- Fill in your Bank statement information and verify the bank account by uploading a bank statement. The uploaded bank statement should be dated within the last 3 months.
The adjustment will only take effect after approval by ICEPAY.
