Manage merchants
Follow the steps below to manage your merchants:
- Login to your ICEPAY account via the Portal
- Go to My merchants
- Select a merchant or create a new one.
You can add multiple merchants within your ICEPAY account. Contact us if there is no add button visible.
Removing merchants
When there are no payments done on a merchant for at least 1 year it is possible to make this merchant invisible. Contact us to request this.
