Payment forwarding

Our Payment forwarding product can do (automatic) payouts for you.

Conditions for performing a payment forward
  1. Payment forwarding is only possible for payments made to a merchant in live mode
  2. You cannot forward more than the original value of the transaction. Any previously issued refunds on the transaction are also taken into account.
  3. Payment forwarding can be to ICEPAY Accounts or an IBAN.

How to forward a payment?

ICEPAY Portal - Afterwards
  1. Login on the ICEPAY Portal
  2. Go to Payments and search the payment you want to forward.
  3. On the Payment page, you will see if it is possible to forward the payment.
  4. Choose the amount you want to forward

The Payment Status has to be OK.
A Payment forwarding is possible from the moment that the funds are matched to a transaction.
