Payment forwarding
Our Payment forwarding product can do (automatic) payouts for you.
Conditions for performing a payment forward
- Payment forwarding is only possible for payments made to a merchant in live mode
- You cannot forward more than the original value of the transaction. Any previously issued refunds on the transaction are also taken into account.
- Payment forwarding can be to ICEPAY Accounts or an IBAN.
How to forward a payment?
ICEPAY Portal - Afterwards
- Login on the ICEPAY Portal
- Go to Payments and search the payment you want to forward.
- On the Payment page, you will see if it is possible to forward the payment.
- Choose the amount you want to forward
The Payment Status has to be OK.
A Payment forwarding is possible from the moment that the funds are matched to a transaction.
