Direct debit is a payment method at which ICEPAY collects money once or repeatedly.

Mandate

For a Direct debit, it's always required to have a mandate. A mandate can be obtained in two ways:

Written

Digital

The payment methods below are suitable for obtaining a digital mandate:

• iDEAL
• SOFORT
• Bancontact
• Giropay

Availability

Direct debit is available in all countries that are affiliated with the SEPA Payment Schemes.

Refunds

Direct Debit payments are refunded through IBAN. See Refunds for general refund information.
