Refunds

SOFORT payments are refunded through IBAN. See Refunds for general refund information.

Important

The Payment status OK indicates that the consumer has authorized the transaction with their bank and is transferring the money.

This process at the bank may take several days and does not guarantee that the money will actually be transferred to ICEPAY. The Payment Status Description indicates when the money has been received (Settled S****).
