Payment status OK
The Payment status OK indicates that the customer has authorized the transaction with their bank and is transferring the money.
This process at the bank may take several days and does not guarantee that the money will actually be transferred to ICEPAY. The Payment Status Description indicates when the money has been received (Settled S****).
How is it possible for a payment to have an Expired status when the customer has sent us a bank statement?
With Online Überweisen, it may happen that we receive and forward an Expired status, even though the payment eventually goes through.
This can cause confusion for the customer.
We will refund the money to the payer within 5 business days.
