Bank account
ICEPAY pays out to a bank account chosen by you. This bank account should be in the name of the business that has an account at ICEPAY.
To find out which bank account is currently set, go to the ICEPAY Portal and navigate to Documents -> Bank statement.
Change bank accounts
It's possible to change a bank account through the following steps:
- Log into the ICEPAY Portal
- Go to Documents -> Bank statement.
- Fill in your Bank statement information and verify the bank account by uploading a bank statement.
Bank statement information
- International Bank Account Number (IBAN): The IBAN of the bank account all funds will be paid out on.
- Bank account holder: The name of the account holder. This should be the full legal name as it appears on the bank account
- Bank name: The name of the bank.
- Bank Identifier Code (BIC): The BIC code of the bank.
- Bank Account Number: This can be the same as IBAN.
Bank statement date
The uploaded bank statement should be dated within the last 3 months.
