ICEPAY doesn't collect funds for PayPal payments.
My refund via PayPal is unsuccessful, what should I do?
There are a few causes for the refund to fail. The two most likely options are:
- Your Paypal balance has insufficient funds to cover the amount of the refund. In this case, make sure to add more funds to your PayPal balance or authorise PayPal to withdraw funds from another bank account.
- You have an unverified/no bank account associated with your PayPal account. In this case, make sure to add and verify your bank account in your PayPal account.
