Manage Merchants
You can create and manage your merchants in the Merchants section of the ICEPAY Portal.
Creating a Merchant
When you create a new merchant, it will automatically start in Test Mode.
While in this mode you are able to run test payments to verify your integration.
To begin processing real payments, switch the merchant to Live Mode in the settings of the Merchant.
Before going live, the merchant must be submitted for approval.
While we review your request, you may continue to run test payments.
Archiving Merchants
To maintain a clear overview, we recommend archiving merchants that are no longer in use.
Archived merchants cannot process payments, but can be re-enabled at any time.
Editing Merchant Settings
Click on a merchant to manage configuration, including:
- General merchant settings
- Enabling or disabling payment methods
- Customizing the checkout experience
